Optimal Sleep - why do we need it and how to get it 


Do you dread the sound of the alarm clock, hate getting out of bed and need a vat of coffee to get you going?  Do you make plans that you’re looking forward to and end up sending a “sorry, I’m just so tired” message cancelling them later?  Do you dial your favourite take-away more than you call your friends because you just have no energy left?  This is the session for you!  You’ll get to connect the dots on why you’re tired, how to get enough sleep for you, how you’re sabotaging yourself and a ton more. 

You need to bring your best self to work in order to do your best work and it all starts with sleep!  Plan to laugh and move during this session and come armed with questions too.  Neuroscience may be complex but it’ll be demystified and put in layman’s terms so that you’ll leave with the knowledge and tactics you need to enjoy fabulous, life-enhancing sleep.

In brief:  Getting a fantastic night’s sleep might seem elusive and tricky but you’ll leave this session knowing how your brain works, how you’re sabotaging yourself and how to set yourself up for blissful zzzs.
