The sessions will be 20 mins approx.

✨WHAT’S INCLUDED✨:

Nutrition & Lifestyle analysis ( a simple questionnaire to be completed)
Simple healthy recipes to suit individual concerns (to help digestion, stress, immune, sleep, blood pressure, cholesterol etc)
Nutrition & Lifestyle recommendations, including supplement recommendations.
Weigh-ins with individual printouts from the “Tanita” Body Fat Analyser machine and measurements include BMI, body fat, visceral fat, and degree of obesity.
